Mini corn tortillas
1 container of Traditional Fontaine Santé Hummus
1 container of Fontaine Santé Bruschetta
A few chopped olives
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 ripe avocado, diced
A few cilantro leaves
Spread the Hummus on the tortillas, then add a generous amount of bruschetta and a few slices of olives on each. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Broil the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes. Once they’re almost ready, add a few pieces of avocado and garnish with a sprinkle of cilantro.
