2 containers of Fontaine Santé Dark Chocolate Delight 227g
½ cup of honey
½ cup of vegetable or canola oil
½ cup of whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
½ cup of almonds or chopped nuts or ¼ cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine the hummus, honey, oil, flour, baking soda and almonds. Pour mixture into an oiled 20 x 20 cm pan.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until the dough bounces back when you touch it. Be careful not to overcook!
Let stand for about 30 minutes before serving. For an added delight, serve with our Chocolate Ice Coco Cream!
