¼ cup of honey
1/2 cup of Fontaine Santé Dark Chocolate Delight
1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 2/3 cups of all-purpose flower
½ tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chunks + extra
1/3 cup of fresh blueberries
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add in the honey, chocolate delight, coconut oil and egg. Mix together with a fork.
Add the cocoa powder, the flower, the salt and the baking soda. Mix well with a spatula.
Add the pieces of chocolate and blueberries. Mix again.
Fill each previously-oiled muffin tin ¾ of the way, garnish with the extra chocolate chunks and bake for 30 minutes.
