Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease a muffin mould using oil or cooking spray. Place a wonton wrapper in each cavity and press down into mould, letting ends overlap the sides. Brush with olive oil or melted butter. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until shells turn golden brown. Let cool completely.
Unmold and transfer shells to a serving platter. Pour tofu spread into each shell. Sprinkle with a touch of sesame oil and sambal oelek to taste. Garnish with green onions.
