Express Salmon Tartare

Recipe Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) very fresh salmon, skin removed
  • 1 container Fontaine Santé Bruschetta, drained
  • 20 mL (4 tsp) small capers, drained
  • A few sprigs fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cucumber slices, fine diced
  • Preparation: 5 minutes

With a very sharp knife, fine dice salmon and place into a previously chilled bowl. Mix in the drained bruschetta. Chill 1 hour. Divide tartare between multiple cocktail serving spoons.
Garnish with capers, dill and diced cucumber.
