Greek-style Potato & Tuna Salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2 lbs) baby potatoes
  • 1 container Fontaine Santé Sour Cream Tzatziki
  • 1 can (approx. 150 g) tuna, drained
  • 20 pitted black olives
  • ½ red bell pepper, large diced
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

Cook baby potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Remove potatoes, cut in two and transfer to a salad bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Season with pepper and serve.
