Green Sandwich

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 slices of wholegrain bread
  • 1 container of Fontaine Santé Tofu Spread
  • 2 cups spinach leaves, Boston lettuce or iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup of sprouts of your choice
  • 1 ripe sliced ​​avocado
  • Slices of sweet pickles (optional)
  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Lightly toast the slices of bread.

Spread each slice of bread with a generous amount of Tofu Spread. Then add your greens: layer on slices of cucumber, shoots, avocado slices, lettuce or spinach and sweet pickles (if desired).

Salt and pepper the slices of mozzarella and add to the sandwich. Top with any remaining greens, close the sandwich and enjoy!
