1 head of Cauliflower
1 container of Fontaine Santé Roasted Pine Nut Humm!
1 cup of fresh herbs (parsley, basil, cilantro etc.)
⅓ cup of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)
Marinade:
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of cider vinegar
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 finely grated garlic clove
Cut the cauliflower into slices about 2cm thick.
In a small bowl, mix all of the marinade ingredients together.
Heat a grill pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Brush cauliflower slices with marinade and grill for 4 minutes per side. You can also make this recipe on the barbecue.
To serve, put 2-3 tablespoons of Pine Nut Humm! on a plate, place the sliced cauliflower on top and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and seeds.
