Hummus Bread with sesame & pumpkin seeds

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups white all-purpose flour
3 tsps of baking powder
½ tsp of baking soda
Generous pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tsp of cider vinegar (essential)
1 container of Fontaine Santé Traditional Hummus (3/4 cup)
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
¼ cup of sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 400° F.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add water, hummus, and vinegar and mix well.

Stir in the pumpkin and sesame seeds (keep a little to sprinkle on the bread before cooking).

Transfer the dough evenly into a previously oiled silicone bread pan, sprinkle with seeds, cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes.

Let cool. The bread can be stored in the refrigerator well packaged for a week.
