Lentil Tacos

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 container Fontaine Santé Three-lentil & Cranberry Salad, drained
  • 60 g (2 oz) Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • A few sprigs cilantro
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut in sections

Preparation

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Warm tortillas in the oven for 5 minutes.

Top tortillas with three-lentil salad. Garnish with cheese, radish, sliced avocado and cilantro. Spoon over sour cream and roll, if desired. Serve with lime sections.
