Nordic Shrimp & Bruschetta Salad

  • 1 to 2 Boston lettuces
  • 454 g (1 lb) Nordic shrimp
  • 1/2 container Fontaine Santé Bruschetta
  • Croutons

Wash and dry lettuce. Transfer to a salad bowl or four dinner plates. Using a fork to help lightly drain bruschetta, gently mix bruschetta with lettuce. Top with shrimp and croutons.

Variations: This salad would be just as delicious using other lettuces or mixed greens. You can also add diced cucumber.
