Pasta Salad with Bocconcini Pearls & Bruschetta

Recipe Ingredients

1 package (approx. 450 g) tortiglioni or other short pasta

1 container Fontaine Santé Bruschetta

1 container (200 g) bocconcini pearls, drained

12 fresh basil leaves, for decoration

Grated parmesan, to taste

Cook pasta according to manufacturer directions. Let cool at room temperature.

In a bowl, gently mix pasta, bruschetta and cheese. To serve, decorate with fresh basil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese to taste. Spectacularly simple and tasty!
