Tandoori Tofu Brochettes

Recipe Ingredients

Yogurt sauce
¼ cup of diced cucumber
1 ½ tbsp chopped mint
1 ½ tbsp chopped dill
¾ cup of plain yogurt
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

1 block of Fontaine Santé Indian Tofu (400g)
½ cup of plain yogurt
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 clove of grated garlic
½ tsp of turmeric
½ tsp of cumin
½ tsp of paprika
A pinch of sea salt
Freshly ground pepper

  • Portions: 4 brochettes


Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Refrigerate while waiting to prepare the tofu skewers.

Cut the block of tofu into 16 equal cubes. Coat the tofu with the sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Lightly oil the barbecue grills and preheat the barbecue. Form the skewers. Set aside the remaining yogurt sauce and cook on the grill over indirect heat for 8-10 minutes per side.

Brush with more yogurt sauce when ready to serve.
