Tex-Mex Tofu Fajitas

Recipe Ingredients

1 block of Fontaine Santé Tex-Mex Tofu (400g)
A drizzle of vegetable oil
1 red pepper, finely sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro
Lime juice
Hot sauce and salsa, to taste
About 10 small wheat or corn tortillas

Preparation

Cut the block of tofu into slices of about 1cm each then again into small strips.

In a large non-stick skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and brown the peppers and onions for about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in a bowl.

In the same skillet, brown the Tex-Mex tofu strips for a few minutes on each side. Add the tofu to the vegetables then dress your tortillas to taste.
